Textiles materials have a function that goes far beyond the
mere "technological" one. Nowadays they have a huge importance to give style to
objects and people. A shading, a shape, a detail can make even the cheapest
objects more attractive or give a new life to a worn-out item.
They are for sure among the most used materials for the
production of an incredible range of different products. from garments to
furniture, from cars to sporting goods.
It is possible to find a nearly infinite variety of textiles,
both of natural an synthetic origin, modern technology allows us to create
textiles extremely resistant both to wear and tear and to weather agents using
special materials such as Kevlar, microfibers, mylar and Goretex®. Of
course this category includes the most traditional fibers, such as cotton,
linen, silk, hempen cloth, wool and the most common synthetic fibres.

Oscillating-knife cutting tables: they can cut even
multiple layers of material, but they deliver best results with single-layered
materials. Companies producing small quantities of parts or prototypes will find
them extremely useful. They are widely used in the "after market" for car
interiors, since companies who customise them do not need to cut huge quantities
of similar items, they need a flexible and reliable system that can economically
produce small batches or even unique parts.
Moving beam presses: they are especially useful when
cutting using big dies or multiple - shape dies, in this case their throughput
is unbeatable. They can be equipped with automatic feeding systems suitable for
sheets and rolls.
CNC beam presses: their ideal scenario of usage
involves high cutting volumes, the high speed and reliability allows to achieve
high quantities of cut pieces in short times. The automatic nesting procedures
can optimise the layouts to be cut, allowing materials savings and precise cost
and cutting time estimates.
Swing arm and movable trolley presses: good
productivity with limited investments. They can be conveniently used for small
production batches.
CNC and moving beam presses can be equipped with our
roll feeder, with wheels and self centering device. This accessory can be
purchased in the version with automatic material unrolling, extremely useful
for those materials that must not bear any tension during the feeding and
cutting process.
