The "non-woven materials" and felts realized using recycled
materials are used above all in the car industry, to manufacture products for
household cleaning, and for filters used in the several articles.
A very famous material of this kind is
3M's Scotch brite®,
used in several objects, such as abrasive sponges, floor shining discs and many
more.
For deeper information about these products we suggest this

To cut these materials the best machines are the presses,
above all CNC ones and the oscillating-knife cutting tables.
Oscillating-knife cutting tables: they can be used to
cut materials up to 20 mm thick, our cutting system uses a smart vacuum system
that allows the cutting without having to cover the material with a sacrificial
film. These machines are the best solution for small-medium production batches,
above all if composed of different shapes.
Moving beam presses: they are especially useful when
cutting using big dies or multiple - shape dies, in this case their throughput
is unbeatable. They can be equipped with automatic feeding systems suitable for
sheets and rolls.
CNC beam presses: their ideal scenario of usage
involves high cutting volumes, the high speed and reliability allows to achieve
high quantities of cut pieces in short times. The automatic nesting system
optimises the layouts to be cut, allowing materials savings and precise cost and
cutting time estimates.
Swing arm and movable trolley presses: good
productivity with limited investments. They can be conveniently used for small
production batches.
CNC and moving beam presses can be equipped with our roll
feeder, with wheels and self centring device. This accessory can be purchased in
the version with automatic material unrolling, extremely useful for those
materials that must not bear any tension during the feeding and cutting process.
