CNC with 3 controlled axis.

They can rotate the cutting head therefore it is possible to gain maximum advantage from the automatic nesting system and get optimal layouts yields.

The main features of this line are:

They are differentiated accordingly with cutting power and material feeding system.

  • Feeding with cutting belt and clamps: suitable to cut synthetic materials of any kind and thickness, both in rolls and sheets, loaded both from the front or from the back of the machine; the material is moved and fixed by 3 clamps. One is mobile and supports the belt in the material movement to grant the maximum position of positioning even for soft, elastic or sliding materials, cut in single or multiple layers. The other 2 clamps keep the material in position while cutting. Moreover the clamp positioned in front of the cutting head enables to cut with high precision sheet-based materials and the final part of rolls or pack of sheets which cannot be kept on position by the back clamp. Clamps are fully adjustable for varying thickness to avoid the crushing of compressible material. S530 BP (25 ton), S740 (40 ton), S750 (50 ton).
  • Feeding with mobile cutting pad and clamps: suitable to cut sheets only, both in single and multiple layers, even of high hardness. Sheets are loaded on a PVC pad with automatic movement and equipped with special clamps. These clamps allow the cutting of multiple layers without stapling it. This avoids positioning errors and reduces the risk of machine jamming. the cutting pad is a cheap solution since there is no need to used high-quality forged dies and substitution is much less expensive than the cutting belt.   • Automatic sheet feeding, able to feed continuously the material and minimise the delay between sheets. The material is deployed on an hydraulic platform, both in single and stapled multiple layers. Special suction caps get each material and position it on the machine. The feeding system can automatically stop the machine when there is no more material available. This system is available on all models with cutting belt and clamps.
  • Roll rack: the simplest and quickest solution for materials on rolls. The roll rack has wheels for easy movement and material change. A special locking and alignment system automatically fixes the position of the rack and aligns it with the cutting machine. Rolls with a friction device avoid accidental movement while loading the rack. It can be mounted on all the models with cutting belt and clamps
