These machines can cut using dies, make engravings and are
not equipped with a thermal plate.
We can therefore think about them as an hybrid between the features of a manual
die-cutting machine and the framework of a plating machine. They are a
compact and affordable solution for cutting needs requiring high power, up to
120 tons.
The precise pressure limiter and the mechanical stop with micrometric setting
make them able to perform extremely precise tasks.
The mechanical stop enables these machines to work as
die-cutting presses in cut steel against
steel.
The pressure time can be set up to 60 seconds, the trolley
movement is automatic with user-definable speed.
As optional a mould-holder plate
is available.
The proposed models differ in the size of the working surface
and for the maximum material width, both of them are built accordingly with CE
safety rules.
